Refund policy

We are confident that our customers will love our products as much as we do, however we do appreciate that sometimes you may need to return your new item/s back to us. We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. In order for The Garden Living Company to complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. If you wish to return your item please email us directly hello@thegardenlivingcompany.com.  If the return is then agreed with The Garden Living Company then you must return your product to 42 Clifton Street, Sheffield, S9 2DQ. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item which is valuable, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We would strongly recommend that the delivery is on a tracked & signed service to avoid any issues. We cannot be held responsible should the return not arrive back to us. Once your item is received we will notify you via email, it will then be inspected by our team. If the refund is approved or rejected we will notify you via email. If the product is damaged in any way once it has arrived at The Garden Living Company or the return has been initiated 14 days after purchase, you will not be eligible for a refund.
The money will be refunded to the original payment method used when originally ordering. Please note for credit card payments it may take 5 - 10 business days for a refund to show on your credit card statement. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable items - Custom / Bespoke / Made To Measure 
Please note that any Custom, Bespoke & Made To Measure Item will not be refundable or available to exchange. 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as flowers, or plants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

We have an extensive quality control process here at The Garden Living Co. so we are pretty confident you will receive your items in perfect condition however if you find that your item is defective or damaged, we will be happy to replace it for the same item. If you find that your product is defective or damaged please send an email as soon as possible to hello@thegardenlivingcompany.com stating your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We will address the exchange as a case by case basis however we will strive for a satisfactory solution. If an exchange is agreed, please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
